Incinerator is used for waste incineration with specified temperature and enough incineration time which can make waste fully burned.
　　The system is composed of following parts.

　　Ⅰ.Waste storage and waste feeding system
　　This system is composed of waste pit, crab bucket, crusher, feed bin( bunker) and monitor etc.

　　Ⅱ.Incineration System
　　1)To ensuring inside temperature of the furnace to meet target temperature and reduce fluctuation
　　2)To maintaining stable burning
　　3)To meet estimated waste incineration capacity
　　4)To make exhausted gas contains small amount of suspended particle, nitrogen oxide, carbon oxide.
　　5)To reduce amount of incineration residue and meet the design value.

　　Ⅲ.Flue gas treatment system
　　Mainly control nitrogen oxide(NOx), acid gas(HCL、HF、SOX), particulate, organics(including dioxin) and heavy metal

　　Ⅳ.Incineration ash collecting system
　　The incineration ash and fly ash in the duct are collected by hopper and chute. Prevention of blocking and air leakage should be considered when design. The temperature is as high as 400～500℃ when the incineration ash discharged and generally temperature will be lowered by cooling,  and incineration ash and fly ash should be collected separately.
